M\u0103sura \u00eei afecteaz\u0103 \u015fi pe salaria\u0163ii Atelierelor CFR de la Grivi\u0163a, care aveau 8.000 de angaja\u0163i \u00een acele vremuri. Ace\u015ftia \u00eencep s\u0103 se revolte \u015fi declar\u0103 grev\u0103. \u00centre timp, guvernul \u0163\u0103r\u0103nist, la insisten\u0163a &#8222;calului troian&#8221; al regelui Carol al II-lea, Armand C\u0103linescu, adopt\u0103 un proiect de lege (ce a fost aprobat de Parlament) prin care se autorizeaz\u0103 proclamarea st\u0103rii de asediu, pe motiv c\u0103 \u0163ara se confrunt\u0103 cu pericolul unei revolu\u0163ii comuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Ulterior au loc confrunt\u0103ri armate \u00eentre for\u0163ele de ordine \u015fi grevi\u015ftii de la Grivi\u0163a. Bilan\u0163ul e tragic: 4 mor\u0163i \u015fi sute de r\u0103ni\u0163i din r\u00e2ndul protestatarilor. Dup\u0103 1945, comuni\u015ftii prezint\u0103 evenimentele din februarie 1933 drept o &#8222;lupt\u0103 eroic\u0103 a muncitorilor de la Grivi\u0163a \u00eempotriva capitali\u015ftilor feroce&#8221;. Dar, ca \u00eentotdeauna, adev\u0103rul e undeva la mijloc.<\/p>\n<p>Autorit\u0103\u0163ile din acele vremuri spuneau c\u0103 &#8222;revolta de la Grivi\u0163a&#8221; n-a fost altceva dec\u00e2t o \u00eencercare a comuni\u015ftilor rom\u00e2ni (sus\u0163inu\u0163i de Moscova) de a face o revolu\u0163ie bol\u015fevic\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Dar, regele Carol al II-lea nu era deloc \u00eensp\u0103im\u00e2ntat de comuni\u015ftii rom\u00e2ni, ci mai degrab\u0103 de o mi\u015fcare popular\u0103 din acea vreme, condus\u0103 de profesorul Grigore For\u0163u, \u015fi care o viza direct pe Elena Lupescu, amanta regelui Carol. A\u015fadar, e posibil ca evenimentele de la Grivi\u0163a s\u0103 fi fost provocate chiar de autorit\u0103\u0163i, pentru a justifica &#8222;starea de asediu&#8221;, \u015fi, astfel, \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie s\u0103 se aplice o serie de m\u0103suri anti-democratice. Nici chiar Corneliu Zelea Codreanu, liderul legionarilor rom\u00e2ni (du\u015fmani de moarte a comuni\u015ftilor) nu vede \u00een evenimentele de la Grivi\u0163a drept o conspira\u0163ie a Moscovei; el spune foarte clar c\u0103 revolta muncitorilor ceferi\u015fti era cauzat\u0103 de foamete \u015fi de nedrept\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, foarte interesant\u0103 e urm\u0103toarea informa\u0163ie: se pare c\u0103 Siguran\u0163a (echivalentul &#8222;Securit\u0103\u0163ii&#8221; comuniste, \u015fi care era &#8222;m\u00e2na dreapt\u0103&#8221; a regelui Carol al II-lea) \u015fi-ar fi infiltrat \u00een mi\u015fc\u0103rile de protest de la Grivi\u0163a agen\u0163i provocatori. \u00cen plus, Siguran\u0163a ar fi apelat la un \u015firetlic subtil: li s-a permis unor comuni\u015fti notorii s\u0103 ac\u0163ioneze nestingherit, pentru a agita spiritele, \u00eenainte de revoltele din februarie 1933 de la Grivi\u0163a. Astfel, fostul lider comunist Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej a fost l\u0103sat \u00een anul 1932 \u015fi la \u00eenceputul lui 1933 s\u0103 umble \u00een toat\u0103 \u0163ara, pe la toate atelierele CFR, \u015fi s\u0103 provoace lucrurile, cu acceptul tacit al Direc\u0163iei Generale a CFR.
